This Privacy Policy explains how OERENA handles personal information when you use the OERENA website, create or use an OERENA Account, contact us, or use OERENA platform services that link to this policy.

Individual OERENA products, services, applications, integrations, or programs may have additional privacy notices. Where an additional notice applies, it will supplement this policy for that product or service.

You may provide information when you create an account, update an account profile, contact OERENA, request support, apply for a service, or otherwise communicate with us. Our contact form asks for a name, email address, enquiry category, subject, message, and may collect an organization and selected product where you choose to provide them.

When you use an OERENA Account, we process account identifiers and profile information needed to provide account access, maintain your session, help protect the account, and support the services you use. Authentication is provided through Firebase Authentication.

If you choose to sign in with Google, OERENA may receive the basic account information you authorize through that sign-in, such as your name, email address, and profile picture. OERENA does not request additional Google data or scopes through the current Google sign-in flow.

When you visit the website or use a service, OERENA and its service providers may receive limited technical and usage information, such as device and browser characteristics, IP address, pages or features accessed, approximate timing, and diagnostic information needed to operate, secure, measure, and improve the experience.

The website and OERENA Account are not directed to children where their use is not permitted by applicable law. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, please contact us.

OERENA and its service providers may process information in locations where OERENA or those providers operate. Those locations may have data-protection laws that differ from the laws where you live. Processing is subject to applicable legal requirements.
