These Terms of Service govern your use of the OERENA website, OERENA Account, and platform services that link to these terms. By accessing or using them, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the applicable service.

Individual OERENA products, services, applications, integrations, programs, or commercial arrangements may have additional terms. When additional terms apply, they supplement these terms for that product or service. If there is a conflict, the additional terms control for that product or service.

You may use OERENA services only where you are legally permitted to do so and can form a binding agreement under applicable law. If you use a service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Some features require an OERENA Account. You must provide accurate information, keep it reasonably current, and use the account only for yourself or the organization you are authorized to represent. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Do not share account credentials, use another person's account without authorization, or attempt to create accounts through automated or deceptive means. You must promptly notify OERENA through the contact page if you suspect unauthorized account use.

You must not misuse the website or services. For example, you must not violate applicable law; interfere with service operation or security; bypass access controls; probe, scan, or test systems without authorization; introduce malicious code; impersonate others; infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights; use the services to send unlawful or harmful material; or use automated means in a way that degrades, disrupts, or exceeds permitted access.

You must respect any feature-specific restrictions, access approvals, documentation, rate limits, or security requirements that OERENA makes available.

OERENA develops a range of products and platform capabilities. Availability, features, eligibility, pricing, service levels, and geographic access can vary and may change over time. A product page, developer documentation, or separate agreement may describe the terms that apply to a particular offering.

Developer and platform services may require verified accounts, application registration, access approval, credentials, or additional agreements. Access to preview, restricted, or future capabilities is not a promise that a capability will become generally available or remain available in its current form.

OERENA and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the website, services, software, content, branding, and related intellectual property, except for rights expressly granted to you. These terms do not grant you a license to use OERENA names, logos, or brand assets except with prior written permission or as permitted by applicable law.

You retain rights in information or content you provide to OERENA. You grant OERENA a limited, non-exclusive right to use that information or content only as reasonably necessary to operate, support, secure, and improve the relevant service, respond to your request, and comply with applicable law.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide information or content, and that it does not violate these terms or applicable law.

OERENA services may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication, infrastructure, payment, communication, or other providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. OERENA is not responsible for third-party services that it does not control.

We work to provide useful and dependable services, but services may be unavailable, interrupted, changed, or discontinued. OERENA may modify, suspend, or retire all or part of a service when reasonably necessary for operations, security, product development, legal requirements, or other business reasons.

OERENA may suspend or terminate access to an account or service if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these terms, a security risk, fraud or misuse, a legal requirement, or a need to protect OERENA, users, or the public. You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. OERENA does not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times, or that content will always be complete or current.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OERENA and its licensors, service providers, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from or related to your use of the website or services.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold OERENA and its representatives harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of another person's rights.

Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. These terms do not designate a specific governing law or court; a product-specific agreement may do so where appropriate. We encourage you to contact OERENA first if you have a concern or dispute relating to a service.

We may update these terms as OERENA, its services, or applicable requirements evolve. We will post the updated terms here and revise the “Last updated” date. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms, where permitted by applicable law.
